Jake Mirelez serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Success for Hyphen Solutions, where he leads the teams responsible for helping Builders, Suppliers, and industry leaders maximize the value of their Hyphen investment.

With more than 20 years at Hyphen Solutions, Jake brings deep expertise in customer engagement, support, implementation, and long-term customer success. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in building strong customer relationships, developing scalable processes, and fostering collaboration across Product, Sales, Development, Support, and Operations.

Jake is passionate about ensuring customers achieve meaningful business outcomes through technology. His leadership focuses on creating exceptional customer experiences, strengthening customer partnerships, and continuously improving the programs and processes that support Hyphen’s growing network.

He holds a Bachelor of Management Information Systems from Texas Tech University. Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending time with family and friends and playing the occasional round of golf.
