Oliver Burns

Oliver Burns brings nearly 30 years of global leadership in fintech, payments, and banking to his role as General Manager of Hyphen Wallet. He leads the business unit’s strategy, operations, product innovation, and customer experience, playing a pivotal role in advancing seamless ePayments for residential construction including Builders, Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Trades.

Prior to joining Hyphen Solutions in August 2025, Oliver served as Chief Growth Officer at Corvia Payments, a York Capital portfolio company. In that role, he directed corporate strategy and technology-driven business operations, with a strong emphasis on automation, transformation, and vertically focused growth. Earlier in his career, he held senior leadership positions at Worldpay, Elavon (U.S. Bank), Visa, and First Horizon, consistently delivering growth and operational excellence.

Oliver earned a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Columbus State University (Georgia) and a Master of Accountancy (MAcc) from the Daniels College of Business at the University of Denver. He currently serves as Chair of Fintech Atlanta, the metro Atlanta area’s financial technology consortium focused on advancing the sector, with member firms ranging from early-stage fintechs to global industry giants. He is also a mentor with SHE-CAN, supporting young women from developing nations in their academic and leadership development since 2021.

Outside of work, Oliver and his family reside in Atlanta, Georgia. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys hiking and paddleboarding in his free time.
