By using Hyphen Pay-Me-Early, Suppliers, Manufacturers, and Trades save between 7-21 days on cash received. In your SupplyPro portal, you’ll receive exclusive access to a list of orders that are eligible to be processed immediately. It’s Simple:

When you accept payment through Hyphen Pay-Me-Early, your payment (less a processing fee) will be processed the same day based on the preferred payment method selected in your Hyphen Wallet account.
The Registered Agent assigned to your Hyphen Wallet account will be notified of the Hyphen Pay-Me-Early selections before payments are processed.
After that, there is nothing left for you to do but enjoy the speed of payment delivery.

Hyphen Pay-Me-Early is a “quick pay” solution provided to you by Hyphen Solutions through your Hyphen Wallet + SupplyPro accounts. Through this service, a portion of your completed orders will be eligible for immediate payment less a processing fee.

After accepting the Hyphen Pay-Me-Early offers, you will receive payment via the preferred payment method selected in your Hyphen Wallet account for the amount of those orders less the processing fee. When the Payor remits payment for those orders, that payment will be directed to Hyphen Solutions.
To comply with all laws, Hyphen notifies Payors via a UCC-1 document, which does not impact your relationship or services with the Payor.
Hyphen Pay-Me-Early is a purely optional “on demand” service. If you choose to accept an offer, you may do so just once or as often as you like based on your working capital needs at any point in time.
A number of factors are considered in determining eligible Hyphen Pay-Me-Early orders. Those factors include past Hyphen Pay-Me-Early history, total order volume, credit history, customer concentration, and general credit conditions.

How to Use Hyphen Pay-Me-Early

In your SupplyPro portal, you currently have exclusive access to a list of orders that are eligible to be processed. On the home screen, look for the banner with the message “Get Paid Early Today” and select the “View Pay Early Options” button to view your offers.

The acceptance of the terms and conditions from the “Confirm Hyphen Pay-Me-Early Offers” confirmation window, by clicking the “Accept and Finalize” button, completes the financial transaction with Hyphen Solutions (including the initiation of funds transfer to you) and the action cannot be reversed.
Each Hyphen Pay-Me-Early offer you receive will have a specific expiration date. Typically offers are good for 2-5 days.
The payment fee will vary with each offer based on a calculation that considers credit worthiness, cost of money, account history, order volume and other underwriting criteria.
Generally, the more Hyphen Pay-Me-Early transactions in which you participate, the higher the percentage of your completed orders will be eligible for Hyphen Pay-Me-Early.

No. You may accept payment for one Hyphen Pay-Me-Early eligible order or multiple eligible orders in your SupplyPro account.
No. When you accept payment through Hyphen Pay-Me-Early by 12:00pm noon Central Time, your payment (less a processing fee) will be processed the same day based on the preferred payment method selected in your Hyphen Wallet account.
Hyphen Pay-Me-Early is a purely optional “on demand” service. If you choose to accept an offer, you may do so just once or as often as you like based on your working capital needs at any point in time.
When you accept payment through Hyphen Pay-Me-Early by 12:00pm noon Central Time, your payment (less a processing fee) will be processed the same day based on the preferred payment method selected in your Hyphen Wallet account (you can get your money in as quickly as 15 seconds).
If your preferred payment method in your Hyphen Wallet account is not set to a same-day method, the Registered Agent for your Hyphen Wallet account will need to change the preferred payment method to a same-day method, prior to the payment cutoff.
